  8.                Attach <F>ile
  9.                     Pressing <F> will prompt the caller to enter the name
  10.                     of a file to be attached to the message.  If the caller
  11.                     enters a valid filename, the caller will be prompted to
  12.                     upload the file.  You should note that this option is
  13.                     only available in local conferences and the caller's
  14.                     security level must be greater than or equal to the
  15.                     file attachment security level that is specified in the
  16.                     board's system configuration.

  18.                     IMPORTANT: For local logons, TriBBS expects the file to
  19.                     be attached to the message to reside in node 1's MWORK
  20.                     directory.  Therefore, if the sysop wants to attach a
  21.                     file to a message, must first move the file into node
  22.                     1's MWORK directory.

  24.                If the caller is using the full screen editor, the editor's
  25.                menu can be displayed by pressing <ESC>.  The following are
  26.                the options the full screen editor menu offers:

  28.                <S>ave
  29.                     Pressing <S> will save the message.
  30.  
  31.                <A>bort
  32.                     Pressing <A> will abort the message.
  33.  
  34.                <C>ontinue
  35.                     Pressing <C> will return the caller to the full screen
  36.                     editor.

  38.                <U>pload
  39.                     Pressing <U> will prompt the caller for the name of a
  40.                     file to be uploaded and added to the message's text. 
  41.                     Note that during a local logon, you can specify any
  42.                     file name to be used for the "uploaded" file.

  44.                Change Sub<j>ect
  45.                     Pressing <J> will display the message's current subject
  46.                     and prompt the caller to enter a new subject.

  49.                     Pressing <T> will display the message's current
  50.                     addressee and prompt the caller to enter a new
  51.                     addressee.

  53.                Attach <F>ile
  54.                     Pressing <F> will prompt the caller to enter the name
  55.                     of a file to be attached to the message.  If the caller
  56.                     enters a valid filename, the caller will be prompted to
